Process

How a Context Warehouse engagement works. From first call to a foundation your agency owns.

1. Scoping call

30 minutes. Which channels you run, how many clients, where the data lives today, where the knowledge lives today. We tell you honestly what state your foundation is in and what the build looks like. No pitch deck.

2. Data audit

Access to your platforms. We map every data source, what's connected, what's broken, what history is recoverable, and where your context currently lives: Notion, ClickUp, email threads, or nowhere.

3. Data warehouse

The warehouse goes up: every channel piped in through the official APIs, daily refresh, historical backfill, naming conventions that hold. If you have a warehouse already, we fix it instead of rebuilding.

4. Context warehouse

We harvest your existing knowledge (SOPs, account logs, client docs) into a structured context layer, and install the capture habit with your team so it stays current. This is the layer that makes the AI useful, and the reason nothing is lost when someone leaves.

5. Intelligence layer

The AI goes on top, wired through an operations registry so it queries the right tables and reads the right context. Delivered in a dashboard: business health, channel breakdowns, and analysis that knows what happened on the account.

6. Handoff

Your team is trained, your agency owns the infrastructure and the data. Optional maintenance retainer: we keep pipelines healthy, add channels, and grow the context layer as your agency changes.

timeline: Scoped per agency, driven by channel count and the state of your existing data. Discussed on the first call.
